Surrounded by a generous supply of shops and restaurants. A popular place to promenade after enjoying a meal. At the northern end of the Arenal beach area presides the Parador Costa Blanca, famously once a settlement to the Romans. Javea has been noted as one of the healthiest areas on the Costa Blanca by the World Health Organisation
